Job Description

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Maintain accurate records of reservations in the system. Coordinate with hotels, transport, and other service providers for bookings. Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer queries. Upsell or suggest additional services when appropriate. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Resolve booking-related issues efficiently. Fluent in

English and Hindi
