JOB DESCRIPTION - Reservation Executive (CENTRALISES RESERVATION DESK) SALARY - 25000 - 35000 PER MONTH 1. Provide information to the customers or guests. 2. Respond to customers\' inquiries and questions. 3. Investigate rate options and availability, and provide details on available options. 4. Assist with booking the reservation and provide confirmation details. 5. Changing or cancelling an existing reservation. 6. Experience of 1-2 years in Customer Support or Helpdesk. 7. Good Knowledge of Software. 8. Strong command of English language and good communication skills. 9. Able to handle stressful situations with professionalism, in a fast paced environment. 10. A critical thinker and problem solver.
