Handle
direct guest bookings, group reservations, and package promotions
for the resort.
Ensure
timely communication
through calls, emails, and WhatsApp with guests and travel partners.
Coordinate with front office and management teams to maintain smooth reservation operations.
Monitor daily occupancy reports and assist in achieving monthly revenue targets.
Lead and train front desk/reception team in maintaining high service standards.
