DETAILS OF THE JOB: Designation & Job : Research Scientist Function : R&D Country : India Work Location : KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Accountabilities Scope Of Work Actively participant in SU/EB and should take a lead role in stage gate meting discussions To plan day-to-day activities across the assigned group To co-ordinate with CFT\'s To manage milestone wise activities to meet target timelines Involvement in Technical discussion on daily basis within group To keep updated with regulatory guidelines To respond on time for regulatory deficiencies Involvement in manufacturing process during developmental activities Expected to perform project wise technical presentations in weekly meetings. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Indicate the education level, previous experience, specific knowledge, skills and abilities required to meet minimum requirements for this Job.. Education Qualification(Highest ) with Target Institute(s) M. Pharma / MSc & BSc / B.E / B.Tech No. of years post Highest Qualification : Desirable experience : 3 to 5 Years of Industrial Experience Hands on experience in development of OSD for various markets across globe. Especially experience in FTF / 505 b (2) /P IV and ER release tablets SKILLS REQUIRED: Skills Description Proficiency Level (General Awareness; Working Knowledge; Functional Expert, Mastery ) Functional Skills Capability in constructing non infringing strategies for above said categories. Development for Japan market is added advantage Experience of leading a group of 4-6 scientist General Awareness : Knows the fundamental or general understanding of concepts. Working Knowledge : Has broad job knowledge; knows and applies the full range of concepts and practices. Has broad / working knowledge of the subject. Candidate should use these concept in day to day practices. Functional Expert: Candidate is certified functional expert with strong knowledge on concepts. Mastery: Candidate is subject matter expert and has command over the subject/ concepts.
