Posts are purely on contract basis and co-terminus with project. Post : Research Scientist (No. of Posts: 1) a) Qualification: Essential: ME/M.Tech/M.Sc in Environment Engineering/ Environment Science/Atmospheric Sciences/Remote Sensing and GIS/Allied discipline from a recognized institution/ University Desirable: Candidate should have at least two publications in relevant field and one year of research experience

• A self-motivated, multi-skilled candidate is sought to join the project having experience and research

record in climate change and air pollution studies.

• The candidate should have ability to converse, make presentations, write academic papers, reports

and collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues and researchers.

• The candidate is expected to assist with the organization of workshops, meetings, outreach activities,

and general management of the project as a whole.

• The candidates should have an experience in handing the large datasets and have strong managerial

skill to handle the research team and day to day project activities. b) Salary: Rs. 55000/- per month (fixed) Applications along with bio-data and attested copies of certificates and work experience, publications should reach to the undersigned latest by 16 Sept 2022 before 11.00 am in room no 227, Department of Environment Studies.
