Identify key participants, sponsors, speakers, and attendees who align with our target audience.
Generate qualified leads using platforms like Google, LinkedIn, event websites, industry forums, and other relevant channels.
Reach out to potential attendees or partners through email campaigns, LinkedIn messages, and other outreach methods.
Engage with leads, understand their interest, and qualify them for event participation.
Share interested leads with the sales team and schedule meetings for further discussion and sales closure.
Maintain and update lead databases (Excel, CRM tools, or internal trackers).
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead quality and conversion goals.
Track communication, response rates, and report on lead generation performance weekly.
