Job Description


The Role The Research Analyst will be accountable to support the Korn Ferry Senior Search Team in developing and delivering a world-class search strategy through research and data analytics and development of creative sourcing techniques. The Research analyst will complete detailed research and candidate search activities resulting in a strong potential candidate pipeline for Korn Ferry professional and executive searches. This role will support both indirect and direct candidate identification, sourcing channel optimization and proactive development of talent pools. The successful individual for this role will leverage KF tools and resources to achieve individual and team targets and contribute to the overall success and positive image of Korn Ferry through demonstrating the highest level of ethical behavior and personal integrity with a positive and proactive communication style with peers and colleagues building effective relationships within and across the business. Key Responsibilities: Coordinates work and priorities with the Regional Operations Director / Head of Research to support all levels of Search professionals with effective search execution Works closely with the Associate and Senior Associate to talent map the market on each potential Search project, updating all target organisations identified by the client and the search team Partners with the wider search team to generate ideas and share information to facilitate effective searches Assists the Senior Research Associate in researching market data and industry insights Works closely with Associates to build out talent pools of specific candidate profiles aligned with the sourcing strategy for each defined search Measures and monitors the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomes and assists with meeting key deliverables Professional Experience/Qualifications An undergraduate degree or equivalent is required Minimum 1 year experience in a professional work environment Strong communication skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities Strong business acumen, detail orientation, and project management experience Proven ability to effectively use data and analytics Prior recruitment experience preferred
