Roles and Responsibilities Job Accountabilities
Provide support in systems requirements development and management and ensure that all
system requirements are properly captured, adequately elaborated, accounted for in all stages
of system development through design, detailed design, construction and testing
Provide support to implementation of requirements management process in the tool and support
to the cross functional teams in requirements process and tool.
Support the teams while deriving the requirements to sub systems and components.
Writing and reviewing requirements according rules of writing good requirements defined in
organisation.
Maintain complete traceability among the requirements both in horizontal and vertical flows of
systems engineering activities.
Manage requirements as per change requests and ensure the implementation of changes
across all levels of requirements.
Template Manage requirements as per configuration management plan
Manage the risks identified against requirements as per risk management process in the
organisation
Collection of verification and validation evidences for each requirement from cross functional
teams.
Develop KPI from the requirements database and provide progress status to the management
on a weekly basis, identifying the risks and proactive ask for support to the
Manager/stakeholders
