\xc3\x98 Responsible for Production, Toolroom and Machine Maintenance \xc3\x98 Planning along with PPA for optimum resource utilization of (man, material, method, machines) and allocating the available resources as per time scheduling. \xc3\x98 Ensure Effective utilization of the production material & adopting mistake proofing technique in department .Setting up production targets and achieve the same within time and cost parameters in profit accountability.. \xc3\x98 Ensuring process compliance by monitoring processes, identifying causes and making changes for final scale up, Productivity improvement through Automation, waste elimination & rejection control. \xc3\x98 Developing new process concepts for production optimizations, yield improvement and develop guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the production floor. \xc3\x98 Focus on analysis for root cause through different technique & then ensuring successful implementation of corrective actions for re occurrence, parallel deployment for avoid occurrence. \xc3\x98 Implementing cost saving strategies & productivity enhancement by maintaining 5S,Mistake Proofing POKAYOKE, Rejection analysis, Down time analysis, KAIZEN,SPC etc. in the section. \xc3\x98 Focus and control on Internal PPM, Customer Rejection; Complaints & actions to avoid re occurrences. \xc3\x98 Conducting in-house training programs in order to ensure multiskilling and development of people & that tends for optimization of resources \xc3\x98 Responsible for production process, organize production plan schedules. Re-negotiating schedules as necessary. \xc3\x98 Ensure cost effective production line. Control wastages & NVA activity in Molding Shop. \xc3\x98 Control various aspects of Molding Shop operations to achieve the production plan including as mentioned. \xc3\x98 Monitoring & control on consumption of raw material, BOP items, consumable items as per BOM. \xc3\x98 Monitoring & control over WIP material. \xc3\x98 Productivity enhancement \xe2\x80\x93 Manpower, Machine and Space. \xc3\x98 To ensure effective implementation of quality systems and initiatives (e.g. Kaizen, Kanban) in Mold Shop. \xc3\x98 Clearance of scrap and rework with in time given by management. \xc3\x98 Achieve OEE target given by management. By reducing down time, control in rejection & by maintaining cycle time. \xc3\x98 Reduction & control in defects. Achieve rejection PPM target given by Management. \xc3\x98 Monitoring, control & reduction in Mold Change time. \xc3\x98 5S or Mutual adopted equivalent system in the shop floor. \xc3\x98 Zero fatality and zero accident, environmental compliance in the Molding Shop. \xc3\x98 Participate in preparing plant level operating budget & proposals. \xc3\x98 Supervise the work junior staff & workers and motivate the team. \xc3\x98 Identify training needs of junior staff & workers.
