Job Description

:

Reporting analysts to drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports. Communicate these results to managers and provide suggestions based on their findings. Knowledge of advanced skills in SQL and Microsoft Excel, among other software programs

Responsibilities:

Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department

Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy

Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout

Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports

Create business reports that provide insight into key data points

Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form

Monitor data to identify changes

Required Skills:

Education \xe2\x80\x93 BE/B.Tech/MCA/MCS/MSc (IT)/MSc (CS)

7+ years of relevant experience in Report Analyst.

Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports

Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines

Experience working with specific BI software programs

Maintains reports and databases, ensures integrity of data, and remains current on applicable functions and technology tools

Research requests and downloads data in order to prepare complex exhibits, summaries, presentations, and/or reports for use by stakeholders

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers

Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions

Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results

General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow

Experience in working on E-Governance projects/ CCTNS application will be preferable

Experience in working with Police/Law enforcement agencies will be preferable
