Global Service Supply Chain
Tools APC IN-OutboundGlobal Tools department is operating Six Tool Warehouses in different countries in globally and Tools Region APC IN is part of one. India Tools warehouse is supplying Installation & Commissioning tools to Project department; Operation & Maintenance tools to Service department. Our aim is to deliver qualified tools to our stakeholder to operate the Construction & Service activity safer, smarter & better way and to be sustaining Vestas a global leader in wind energy sector.Responsibilities

• Responsible for end to end Repair & Service solution for Installation Tools, Commissioning Tools & Service Tools
• Trouble shooting in Electrical & Electronics ToolsTrouble shooting in Mechanical & Hydraulic Tools
• Servicing the all type of tools to ensure appropriate working condition and error free system
• Finding Root causes of failures and making corrective actions & preventive actions to avoid frequent failure
• Forecasting & Ordering the require spares parts depends on the repair demand and maintain backup stocks
• Making economical savings by repairing all Tools within In-house repair center
• Execution of periodical maintenance on the Operational Tools as per the recommendation
• Maintaining the proven history of Tools Repair, Service & Maintenance activity
• Analyzing the Tools efficiency, Cost spending & Return on investment
• Timely & Quality deliverables as per SLA agreed with Stakeholders

Qualifications

• BE EEE or Diploma EEE and Min 2+ Years of Experience in Repair & Serice Wind Turbine Tools

Competencies

• Hands on Experience - Repair & Maintenance of Tools
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Package
• Moderate communication skill to operate your daily work.
