Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Doorstep Mobile Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to customer locations to diagnose and repair mobile phones on-site. You must have a deep understanding of mobile phone technology and be able to work with various makes and models. Responsibilities: Travel to customer locations to perform on-site repairs Diagnose issues with mobile phones and provide solutions Replace faulty parts and install new ones Test repaired phones to ensure they are functioning properly Provide excellent customer service and communicate with customers throughout the repair process Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile phone technology and repair techniques Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Certification in mobile phone repair or equivalent experience Proven experience as a mobile phone repair technician Strong technical skills and knowledge of various mobile phone models and operating systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends This is a full-time position, and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
