Qualifications: 2- 4 Years experience in Autodesk 3Ds Max

Experience Required: 0-7+ Years

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Render Editor/ 3D Artist who can create architectural visualisations for builders/ construction companies/ developers and real estate agents across the world.
Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to read and correctly interpret Architectural Plans
• Ability to use AutoCAD and convert detailed plans to workable outlines to be used in 3Ds MAX
• Ability to use Illustrator and convert PDF drawings to workable outlines to be used in 3Ds MAX
• Understanding the project requirements and conceptualizing creative ideas.
• Ability to accurately develop 3D models of interiors and exteriors
• Ability to accurately develop 3D models of required furniture and accessories
• Have a thorough understanding of how to use the 3D Library or locate specific required 3d Models
• Become familiar with handling the Corona Render engine and other required plugin
• Ability to create textures and materials as per the requirement
• Good understanding of Lighting techniques and trying to be creative in using them
• Ability to use Photoshop and other post-process software
• Good knowledge of Interior and Exterior styles and the ability to differentiate them
• Good knowledge of landscape styles and picking accurate models from the 3D library as per the requirement
