Location: Remote - Must live in or near a Major US City
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Bonus + Commissions (1st year OTE $160,000 - $200,000)

You will be responsible for driving the growth of major strategic accounts and be part of the impact of innovation of the $500M Life Sciences Cold Storage Market. This will involve working collaboratively across multiple functions including Sales, R&D, business and corporate development, and product management to understand, capture, and communicate market dynamics, technology trends, and competitive landscapes. To be successful in this role you must have a strong strategic mindset and proven sales experience in the biomedical capital equipment industry. Ideal candidates will be well have a strong understanding of the needs of potential clients and know how to get in the door with major Hospitals and Labs.   • Develop market penetration roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Devise and implement strategies to acquire high volume accounts
  • Identify and acquire new business in Pharma, Biobanks, and accounts with large freezer farms
  • Increase brand awareness and market share
  • Attend Tradeshows and networking events
  • Prospect for new opportunities
  • Determine the best channel of distribution to meet customer needs
  • Prepare pipeline sales reports including open quotes and closed quote status
  • Follow up on special quotations and monitor competitors' pricing
[Remote] Strategic Accounts Manager (Biomedical Sales exp req) Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of Laboratory or Biomedical Capital Equipment Sales experience required
  • 2+ years of experience working with senior leadership to develop sales strategies required
  • Proven knowledge and experience in the Life Sciences Market required
  • Knowledge and experience with Cold Storage Solutions required
