Intro: Are you an experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? - Outreach members telephonically
- Answer incoming calls from members or Centene associates
- Create Case, Create Tasks, Create Referrals in member’s chart in TruCare
- Must be in PST time zone
- 2+ years of call center customer service experience
- 1+ years of healthcare (preferably MCO, but can take any background)
- Comfortable using and hitting metrics/ goals
- Competitive salary, negotiable based on relevant experience
