Intro: Are you an experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company?   • Outreach members telephonically
  • Answer incoming calls from members or Centene associates
  • Create Case, Create Tasks, Create Referrals in member’s chart in TruCare
Requirements:
  • Must be in PST time zone
  • 2+ years of call center customer service experience
  • 1+ years of healthcare (preferably MCO, but can take any background)
  • Comfortable using and hitting metrics/ goals
