Remote Access Center is providing the Remote site services E.g. Remote OHS inspection, Quality Audits, Practical assessment, Remote Supervision & Remote acceptance, through Ericsson RA Tool. Remote Access Centre Manager –would operate from RA Center & provide these remote services to the project through RA Engineers.

Main responsibilities

  • To Plan, Forecast the Resources requirement for the Remote services support for ongoing & Upcoming Projects based on quarterly Volume forecast
  • Ensure Resources availability & skill building to deliver the Services to project
  • To Define the RA Process, WoW, Instruction for Delivering the RA services to Project
  • Handling team of RSC engineers for daily activity execution, assigning the task & ensuring timely completion of the activities as per the Project requirements
  • To Ensure that Remote Services session with ASPs & FSO Teams in Project conducted as per planning & Requirement as well as in accordance to the Guidelines & standards, Checklist defined, using RA tool
  • The RA Engineer shall ensure the quality and share the outcomes of ASP Team(s) workmanship, customer related issues / requirements (as per the Project Scope) to Circle Team which requires to be further discussed among the Stakeholders and closed by Implementation Head or CPMs, as applicable.
  • Publishing daily reports on OHS compliance, driving First time Right and Workmanship Quality
  • Providing support in defect rectification data verification and necessary updating in DPR as well as in RA sessions.
  • Ensure invoicing with all circles in time-follow-up for advance POs, GRN towards RSC supplier
  • Close coordination with Circle Project teams & End to end handling of daily operational issues from circles and with ERA tool development team
  • Responsible for RSC team's tool login credentials and necessary updating.

Qualification

  • B.E. or an equivalent university degree (as minimum qualification). OHS certificate / NIBOSH, Diploma in safety is preferred.
  • 6+ yrs of Experience in Telecom Rollout – and possess knowledge of telecom domain, been responsible for network rollout activities, preferably in the fields of site installation, quality assurance and OHS.
  • Good understanding of site specification, Installation standards, OHS requirement, PPE, Tools & inspection procedure.
  • Training on Tools, Quality audits, use of check list & reporting, products / equipment’s inspection
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications & using tools, Apps
  • Good Knowledge of Local OHS Regulation, requirement & Risk assessment
  • Additional Skills: Planning & Organizing, Working with People, Leading & Supervising, Mentoring, Delivering Results
  • Good knowledge in Hindi, English written & spoken
