Reliance Brands Ltd - Accounts Receivable Manager
Location: Cuffe Parade, Mumbai
Key Responsibility:
- Overseeing the Accounts Receivable and Revenue Recognition functions
- Daily Sales reconciliation between POS sales to SAP Sales.
- Good understanding of concepts of accounts receivable, the complete cycle of AR which include sales order & invoice processing, customer master maintenance, cash application, debt collection, customer reconciliation, credit notes issuance etc.
- Maintain control on all cash/ bank transactions and perform Bank reconciliation of cash and bank ledgers.
- Set objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the Finance team goal
- Monitor and manage the OTC function through the preparation and publication of monthly KPIs, ensuring regular review and initiating process changes to standardize, improve performance and efficiency related to Contracts processing, Revenue Accounting, and Revenue Controllership
- Liaison with Store operation teams, conduct onsite/offsite quarterly trainings for store teams for carrying out day to day to activities pertaining to Accounts receivable and sales reconciliations.
- Ensuring collaborative working with Store Operations team, Finance, IT teams etc. for Sales accounting and AR and Work towards fixing of issues at root level.
