Job Description

Role Responsibilities

This JD requests the suitable candidate to apply for the Release Manager in CCIB Channels. The candidate will help in delivering this programme by:

  • End to end management of release life cycle for CCIB Channels application releases
  • Planning and managing CCIB Channels application major application releases
  • Manage change management team to ensure all production changes for CCIB Channels applications are managed within applicable metrics.
  • Engaging closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule.
  • Having good knowledge of agile process and able to conduct scrums/daily stand-ups
  • Pushing agile agenda through better collaboration and communication both within the teams as well as across partner teams
  • Running daily release readiness standup calls, identify potential issues/risks and escalate appropriately and on-time
  • Working with stakeholders including the Executives, Product, Design, Implementation, infrastructure and interface teams to align the project delivery
  • Ensuring resource availability and allocation for managing production changes execution process.
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks
  • Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements
  • Having strong analytic skills
Key Requirements:
  • BE/MCA - Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio and Office
