Order execution As per contract review communicate with marketing, customer, vendor, internal manufacturing team and give them technical support to solve their queries over the phone or email or meeting. Work on GA drawings, commented drawings, data sheets and take approval from client to release it to manufacturing team. Co-ordinate with QA and client for smooth inspection of blower.

• Preparation of general arrangement drawings - Contract review contains air flow, pressure, special accessories specifications and design requirement of PD blower package as per to suite site conditions according to that preparation of General arrangement drawing which includes all roots blower package like base frame, filter, outlet silencer, stub pipe, NRV, pressure relief valve, belt and pulleys selection as per blower RPM and BKW to suit testing standard BS 1571 Part ll, foundation plan, acoustic enclosure etc.

• 3D modeling & drafting of PD blower compressor package accessories - Designing, detailing & modifications of new and existing accessories like Base frame, stub pipe, adapter, filter, acoustic enclosure, silencers, Flanges, expanders, reducers, outlet pipe connections etc. as per order and customer requirement its 3D modeling and drafting with basic GD & T of each accessory's component in Solid edge and Auto cad . Assembly of blower package (DFA) - After 3D modeling, total blower package is assembled in CAD software's like Solid edge, Solid works, Creo, AutoCAD and its fusibility checking is done before releasing it to manufacturing.

• Drawing data management - Which includes preparation of bill of material of accessories components and its revision control using ERP system, Conduct ECN, CFT meetings and DMR for existing product and do modifications accordingly.

• Documentation of project orders - Preparation of GAD, data sheet and other blower specification documents as per tender given by clients like NTPC, BHEL, MECON, MGP, Thyssenkrupp, Thermax, Ion exchange, Wipro, Praj, ISGEC etc. . Selection of blower models and application engineering - As per air flow pressure & site conditions given by client, give selection of twin lobe and tri lobe blower models. Selection which includes PD blower, exhauster & PD gas blower models and its Package arrangement selection, motor selection and torque calculations, projected performance curve preparation and projected selection and other related calculations.

• Costing work - In preorder phase check material cost contribution & Design for manufacturing (DFM), material monitoring and inform marketing that the order is within profit limit or not. Check vendor quotations and cost breakup received from purchase department and do scientific costing accordingly.
