: As a Relationship Officer-811, you will be the face of our digital banking services, engaging with customers and potential clients to promote and sell our Kotak 811 products. Your primary goal is to onboard new customers, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a seamless digital banking experience. You will be a vital link between our bank and our customers, building trust and loyalty.
Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through the Kotak 811 digital banking platform.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers and conduct sales pitches to promote Kotak 811 services.
