Job Role-
xefx82xb7 Have good awareness of Corporates with entry point links in those corporates.
xefx82xb7 Good Communication & Presentation Skills required since he will be focusing on core corporates for Digital Banking.
xefx82xb7 Cross sells bank products to existing set of Corp Sal customers which are mapped.
xefx82xb7 Handle Investment and Insurance requirements of clients
xefx82xb7 Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
xefx82xb7 Coordinates with other group companies to provide awareness to our group company employees for our KOTAKJIFI products.
xefx82xb7 Goes beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products - enhancement of customer value
xefx82xb7 Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
xefx82xb7 Penetration of group/family account of the existing mapped base.
xefx82xb7 Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
Job Requirement-
xefx82xb7 Good communication and presentation skills.
xefx82xb7 Willing to travel extensively within the city limits.
xefx82xb7 Two- wheeler and an android phone is must.
xefx82xb7 Liability Sales experience or KYC knowledge is an added advantage.
xefx82xb7 Graduate with Minimum 0-2 Yrs. of experience.
