Job Purpose:This role involves direct customer acquisition for Current Accounts, Savings Accounts (CASA) and Corporate Salary Accounts. The incumbent will be responsible for onboarding new clients through field visits, lead generation, catchment mapping, and promotional activities. The candidate will also be required to cross-sell other banking products, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with banking norms and policies.Key Responsibilities:- Acquisition of NTB (New to Bank) customers for CASA & Corporate Salary accounts.- Source Current and Savings accounts from open market, small shops (like general stores, mobile stores, chemists), and through activities/events.- Identify and generate references from the catchment area.- Onboard customers and activate them on digital platforms (Net Banking, Mobile Banking, etc.).- Ensure product mix and segment quality of acquisition.- Promote and cross-sell RD/FD, family accounts, and other banking services.- Provide regular feedback to Sales Managers regarding customer needs and market opportunities.- Support in catchment mapping, scoping exercises, and local promotional initiatives.- Conduct customer engagement activities to enhance visibility and brand value.- Ensure strict adherence to KYC, sales norms, and regulatory compliance.- Handle basic customer queries and ensure quick resolutions.Who Can Apply/Requirements:- Education: Graduate (Any discipline) - MandatoryExperience:- 0-5 years in Direct Sales/Field Sales/Banking Sales- Preferred: Experience in selling Credit Cards, POS, Business Loans, or Demat Accounts.- Industry Background: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)- Maximum Age: 28 yearsSkill Set:- Good communication & interpersonal skills- Basic knowledge of banking products and digital banking- Self-driven with a sales mindsetKey Success Metrics:- Monthly customer acquisition targets- Activation and funding of accounts- Cross-sell ratios and revenue contribution- Customer satisfaction and retention (ref:updazz.com)
