We are looking for energetic Relationship Officer with a strong background in Direct Sales for Mumbai location. The candidate must have a proven track record in CASA Sales, Open Market Sales, Field Sales, Liabilities Sales, SIP, Insurance, and FD. This is a full-time role and not a remote job.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Acquisition of saving/current account from open market.
2. Accomplish sales targets set by the organization.
3. Promote and sell financial products and services.
4. Coordinate with other team members to provide excellent customer service.
5. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Requirements:
1. Fresher or up to 2 yrs. of experience in direct sales from BFSI industry.
2. Proven experience in CASA Sales, Open Market Sales, Field Sales, Liabilities Sales, SIP, Insurance, and FD.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License.
7. Maximum age limit is 28 years.
