Job Role

• Driving Retail Assets sales (Auto Loan, PL )
• Achieving monthly sales target of the Branch according the Budget.
• Educate Branch Resource activation on Retail Assets Products.
• Generate leads into potential customer over the telephone and attending queries on loans from walk-in Customers.
• Conducting marketing activities and ensuring good leads conversions
• Focus on given target on number, disbursal, and volume
• Ability to explain complex information about product simply & clearly.
• Regular strong follow ups on Leads / Logins & Disbursement.
• To generate fresh idea of increasing Asset Cross - Sell on existing CASA Database.
• Co-ordination with credit team, OPS team, and RCU for timely sanction, disbursal and maintaining daily MIS
