As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in our LAP Sales department. Your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored Loan Against Property solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients and business partners.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients, offering suitable LAP solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, highlighting the benefits of our LAP products.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a positive and professional client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of LAP applications.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support and address any client queries or concerns.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Loan Against Property products and the mortgage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
