: As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-value customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored housing finance solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the bank's growth and success in the housing finance market.
Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Housing Finance sector.
• Understand client requirements and offer customized housing finance solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities and cross-sell other bank products.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, financial models, and reports to clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and provide excellent post-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement and client onboarding.
• Monitor and analyze client portfolios to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Attend industry events and network to expand the bank's presence and client base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Housing Finance or Banking.
• Strong knowledge of Housing Finance products and the Indian real estate market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Analytical skills to interpret financial data and market trends.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
