Ensure quality sourcing by adhering to bank compliance and KYC norms.
Portfolio Management:
Maintain and grow the book size by deepening existing relationships.
Cross-sell bank products such as Trade Forex, CMS, Term Deposits, Asset Products, and third-party offerings.
Monitor account activities and ensure profitability and low attrition.
Client Relationship Management:
Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving queries, ensuring prompt turnaround, and proactive relationship engagement.
Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and service levels.
Compliance & Risk:
Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory compliance norms.
Monitor high-risk accounts and take corrective measures to minimize risk.
Revenue Generation:
Drive revenue by ensuring activation of the accounts and increasing product penetration.
Meet monthly targets for account acquisition, activation, and income generation.
