Assist Relationship Manager in managing client relationship and catering to all client's requirement from the bank
Responsible for handling end-to-end client journey from on-boarding, credit sanction, documentation to facility disbursement.
Product penetration & increasing share of wallet across all products which includes Lending, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Solutions, Cash Management Services, Forex & Treasury products,
Responsible for Balance sheet growth, Profit & Loss, Account profitability & achieve desired ROE for the portfolio including new client acquisitions.
Cross-sell bank products - Debt Capital Markets, Corporate Salary, Wealth management solutions, etc.
Preparation of Account Plans, Wallet Exercise and Group Business strategy.
Maintain Portfolio Hygiene & ensuring Account conduct
Client engagement, liaising with operations team & ensuring smooth delivery across various banking products to provide greater customer experience
Job Requirement
CA/MBA preferred
* Prior experience of 2 - 4 years required
