: As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with commercial vehicle dealerships and their customers. Your primary goal will be to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial vehicle dealerships and their key stakeholders.
  • Understand the financial needs and requirements of dealerships and their customers, offering tailored banking solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop and execute strategies for business growth.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications, maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of dealership performance and financial health.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and progress.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure compliance in all banking activities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Kotak Mahindra Bank, promoting our products and services to potential clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or business development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle financing and the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
