About The Role: The successful candidate for this role will excel at generating and converting new opportunities through the use of a consultative sales approach. They will identify and qualify leads, resulting in sales opportunities with both current and potential customers. Location: Delhi, Okhla Salary: 25K to 30K ( + Incentives up to 30K as per your performance) Roles Manage customer inquiries and requests with the objective of converting them into potential clients. Utilize a proactive approach to ensure the customer concerns and the attainment of high levels of customer satisfaction. Establish sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Recommend potential services through the collection of customer information and analysis of customer needs Compile sales reports through the collection and analysis of customer information post payment. Requirements: Possess exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate a proven track record of customer success experience through phone, email, and chat communication. Possess the ability to utilize multiple tools simultaneously, including CRM, phone calls, chat tools, and google sheets Excel at problem-solving and fostering strong relationships with key customers to establish trusted partnerships Bachelor\'s Degree in any related field. Relevant Experience of 0-1 years. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
