: As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in our TFE Retail Sales team. Your primary objective is to enhance our customer relationships and drive sales by offering tailored financial solutions, especially tractor loans. You will be the face of our bank, representing us to potential and existing customers in the agricultural sector.
Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales, focusing on tractor loans and retail banking products.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, especially during loan processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring prompt responses and resolving customer queries and concerns.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, as set by the bank's management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
  • Attend industry events and agricultural fairs to promote the bank's tractor loan and retail services.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and upsell additional banking products to existing customers.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or agricultural sector.
  • Strong knowledge of tractor loans, retail banking products, and the agricultural industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse customer base.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software for sales and customer relationship management.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region for customer meetings and events.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections.
  • A self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a passion for sales and customer service.
