JD for Working Capital Relationship Manager
- Act as Absolute owner of the Mappedbook & manage the Customer Life Cycle.
- Managing High Value client relationship with objective to increase overall relationship with bank keeping customer obsession as objective.
- Create an excellent Customer Experience by way of proactively engaging, enabling & e2e Ownership
- Ability to migrate clients to empower them on self navigating digital channels.
- Fresh Acquisition of Working Capital Loans through Referrals & activities
- Focus on before time Renewals & timely closure of pending Deferrals
- Manage the Portfolio Health, DPDs & the timely interest servicing i.e. maintain overall health of mapped portfolio. Highlight internally for any early warning signals in mapped portfolio
- Aim to increase Product per Customer & acquire full relationship of the Customer for all banking Needs .
