As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with tractor and crop finance customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding their financial needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless and efficient loan process. You will work closely with our AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL team to provide expert advice and support to clients, helping them achieve their agricultural goals.
Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with tractor and crop finance customers, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and cross-sell Kotak Mahindra Bank's financial products and services to existing and new clients.
  • Process and manage loan applications efficiently, ensuring timely approvals and disbursements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and legal, to ensure a smooth and compliant loan process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients, attend agricultural events, and build a strong network within the industry.
  • Generate and analyze reports to track loan performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Participate in training programs and stay informed about new product launches and updates to enhance your expertise.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tractor and crop finance, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural finance, including loan products, interest rates, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and report generation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings as required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work, with a passion for agriculture and financial services.
