We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team at AASTHA FINTECH PVT. LTD., a leading Wealth Management and Financial Consulting company in Surat, Gujarat. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing personalized wealth management and risk management solutions. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute business strategies
• Proactive attitude and strong business development skills

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
• Understand clients\' financial goals and objectives
• Provide personalized wealth management and risk management solutions
• Develop and implement strategies to grow client portfolio
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Stay updated with market trends and industry developments
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients
• Handle client queries and resolve any issues promptly
