Job Description
Key Responsibilities: -
- Deliver month on month targets on Supply Chain business
- Leads would be provided by Supply Chain team
- Adept at acquiring and onboarding dealers/vendors recommended by SCF Approved Anchors
- Ensuring maximum penetration in the existing business portfolio and customer satisfaction.
- Portfolio management and collections of the client base managed
- Liaison with various teams to provide query resolution to customers within stipulated TAT.
- Servicing existing clients by weekly/monthly meeting ensuring maximum penetration to fulfill business requirements.
- Cross sell of other HFCL products as part of deepening client relationship
