Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct sales activities.- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.- Understand client needs and provide suitable real estate project options.- Conduct site visits with clients and explain project details, pricing, and benefits.- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.- Maintain an updated client database and track sales progress.- Coordinate with the CRM team for documentation, agreements, and customer support.- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and project launches.- Represent the company in exhibitions, property shows, and promotional events.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Good knowledge of local property market trends.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
