Sales Management - Achieve disbursement targets in numbers, volumes & productivity.2. Marketing Management Plan and execute marketing campaigns for loan products and generate revenue from it. Also work on activities to build a brand image of the company.3. Relationship Management Build strong relationships with customers with the help of loan products and beyond loans initiatives4. Profitability Management Maintaining & optimizing profitability for the branch through managing costs and building a superior quality portfolio.5. Delinquency Management ensure zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections.6.
