Job Position : Relationship Manager - Construction FinanceLocation : Mumbai, AhmedabadResponsibilities :- Implement sales plans and build strong relationships with developers and promoters to drive on-ground sales.- Leverage existing developer bases and group relationships to increase fee-based income from real estate developers.- Source timely and accurate market information to assist in decision-making regarding project viability.- Ensure compliance with internal risk parameters and regulatory norms throughout the lending process.- Monitor the health of customer accounts to minimize risk and potential delinquencies.Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.- Strong understanding of customer needs and requirements.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
