Job Description

- As a Relationship Manager your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain relationships with clients to meet their insurance needs.Key Responsibilities :- Meet sales targets and achieve business goals by identifying customer needs and promoting Life Insurance products and services.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by providing them with excellent customer service and addressing their queries and concerns.- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to target them effectively.- Educate customers about Life Insurance products and services, including their benefits, features, and terms and conditions.- Provide regular updates to customers on their policies, premium payments, and other related information.- Coordinate with other departments such as underwriting, claims, and operations to ensure smooth processing of policies and claims.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and policies.
