Job Title: Relationship Manager , Location : Trichy-1 , Salem 1 Gender : Both can apply Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a Bank in sourcing/processing MSME loans. General Conditions: Besides English, candidates should be conversant in the Local Language as per the place of posting. Self-attested photocopy of SSLC or Higher Secondary Mark Sheet/Transfer Certificate for age proof. Self-attested photocopy of Degree Certificate, Professional Qualification Certificate. Self-attested photocopy of any other additional qualification Certificate. Experience certificate/s and Relieving Letter. Roles and Responsibilities: Acquisition of New Clients: Identify and acquire new clients in the MSME category by visiting suitable locations for business generation. Lead Generation: Generate leads independently of branches by interacting with various Industry Associations, Export Houses, Organizing SME camps, Industries visits, etc. Convert these leads into loan proposals. Documentation: Liaise with identified prospective clients to obtain completed application forms along with all necessary applicable documents, as per a comprehensive checklist. This is also applicable for leads sourced by the Branch Manager independent of the Relationship Manager. Query Resolution: Act as a single point of contact for the resolution of all queries raised by the credit officer during loan processing. Loan Disbursal: Upon sanction of a loan, liaise with the Branch for the completion of documentation and ensure hassle-free disbursal of credit limits within the stipulated time. Event Coordination: Assist the MSME Loan Processing HUB Head in coordinating with attached branches in organizing MSME events as per the schedule. Lead Management: Update all leads in the leads management system on a daily basis. Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other roles assigned by the bank applicable to Scale I officers of the bank. Minimum Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation in first class (60% marks) in any discipline under a regular stream from a recognized university.
