Job Description
Position: Relationship Manager - Sales (Home Loan) Product: Home Loan Sourcing: Open Market, sub-DSA, Connectors and Builders. Experience: 1 - 5 years\' experience in Secured Loan. Job Locations: Pune JD:
- Managing Sales of Home Loan Products -Sourcing business through open market through different channels. Fulfilling the leads.
- Implement & develop sales activities to achieve the target.
- Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation.
- Responsibilities include the development, preparation, and promotion of home loan programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the clients for repeat business or referrals.
- Meet clients, verify documents, process files for sanction, and co-ordinate for disbursement of loans.
- Ensure the achievement of the given business target.
- Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
- Candidates should be aggressive in Sales.
- Good Knowledge of Sales in Home loans (HL), loans against Property (LAP) or Mortgages.
- Must have good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Must be proactive and go-getter
- Communication skills should be good.
- Must be presentable.
- Should have a focused mindset for the Hardcore sales profile.
- Knowledge about legal and Technical aspects in home loans.
