Job Description

Relationship Manager||Ahmedabad, Vadodara- To Acquire, manage, maintain and grow customers for Secured Corporate/SME Term Loans, Structured Term Loans, Lease Rental Discounting (LRD), and Loan against properties (LAP) ranging from Rs. 5 Cr to Rs.50 Cr.- Base location is Ahmedabad, however, the candidate can source clients/property from Ahmedabad to the entire North Gujarat territory.- To acquire clients as per the sourcing model of the organization which is a mix of DSA / Referral / Channel sourcing and Direct sourcing.- To login proposals with the credit team, arrange necessary queries, visit client factory and office and submit necessary documents for sanction and disbursement processes.- To meet clients, understand their business, and prepare and present a brief snapshot of a proposal to the credit committee.- To have a moderate understanding of financial statements and knowledge of banking products.- Should have Good negotiation skills for deal closures with clients and channels.- Should have knowledge of loan disbursement & documentation process including liaison with client, legal, valuation, credit, and operations teams.
