Sales and Business Development for PMS and Asset Management Business
through direct channels, distributors, Family Offices & Corporates
Target driven business conversion, with rewards linked to target achievement
Maintain regular contact with clients to build relationship.
Portfolio reviews and communicating house views on markets at a regular
frequency
Continuously work towards brand building
Add value through inputs to improve processes and service
Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Achievement orientation towards the business targets and goals set
Strong Communication skills.
Good negotiation skills
Keenness to take on new challenges
Knowledgeable - Should have a sound understanding of markets and trends.
Good performance track record in previous work experience
Good people skills
Work experience: 5-7 years of relevant sales experience, experience in MF and
PMS sales would be an added advantage
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA
Shift timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Transport Boundaries: Within 10 KM radius
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Off)
Clawback: 90 Days
Rounds of Interview: Screening HR (Check previous experience, Qualification, Age, Communication skills,
Compensation, Stability) & Director (Knowledge and Skills)
