The Relationship Manager acts as an interface between the company & customers.
He/She should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs.
Ensure all Training Modules laid by the L&D department are attended and certifications obtained
Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits)
Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT
Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved - Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS)
Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis
Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis
Be an Insurance solution provider for our customers
Educate the Customer about the company/ channel
Customer Servicing. - Ensure strict adherence to Human resource Norms,Policies & processes

Qualification : Graduate/HSC Candidate should have field sales experience minimum of 1 year preferably in Insurance/NBFC/Banking Insurance sales will be an advantage Age - 25 to 35years
