Job Description
Relationship Manager - Leasing
End of Lease Management :
a. Negotiation with customers for Lease Extensions or Return of Equipment's or Buy Out of Equipment's
b. Negotiation with Vendors to sell the Equipment's returned by customers.
c. Working with Auction Agencies for Sell of Equipment's
d. Legal action in Event of default situation
Portfolio Tracking -in line with End of Lease Policy to ensure :
- Timely closure of EOL decision with customer
- Maximizing profits on sale of equipment's.
- Maximizing the pricing during extension
- Compliances to be ensured while carrying out above activities.
Process improvement :
- Digitization of Process in collaboration with IT & Operations team.
- Maintenance of Data & records.
- Regular review of Policy and required amendments
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of Leasing & Equipment finance
- Strong network in remarketing of equipment's
- Experience in remarketing and selling of Equipment's.
- Good knowledge of Legal recourse in case of default by customers.
- Should be hands-on with Logistic management to manage storage, transport and sale of goods & equipment's.
- Ability to manage tam and collaborate with multiple cross functional teams.
