Company Description Muthoot Housing Finance Company Ltd (MHFCL) is a Mumbai-based housing finance company registered with the National Housing Bank. Established in 2011, MHFCL provides affordable loan products to underserved prospective homeowners in semi-urban and rural parts of India. MHFCL is a subsidiary of Muthoot Fincorp Ltd, the flagship company of Muthoot Pappachan Group. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Kota. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships with existing and prospective MHFCL clients. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing collections, conducting market research, and providing solutions for customer queries. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and marketing skills with knowledge of financial services products Familiarity with accounting principles, loan documentation, and regulations related to housing finance Ability to maintain and enhance customer relationships while achieving sales targets Experience in collections management and credit appraisal is preferred Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
