Position: Relationship manager - Direct Channel Responsibilities: As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will: Develop and execute corporate sales strategies in the Banca Sales Channel within the Mumbai banking sector. Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate clients to achieve business targets. Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team in driving sales within the Banca channel. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategy. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you need: Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance. Graduation from a recognized university. Proven success in corporate sales, preferably within the banking sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of Mumbai\'s banking and financial sector.
