Post Fundraising, we facilitate exit for our investors through Fund Placement / Buy-Out of portfolio / IPO. Whom are we Looking For We are looking for a competent talent who can recruit, retain, and lead the sales team by executing sales plans for achieving revenue targets. Roles & Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs. Conduct in-depth discussions and perform comprehensive assessments to develop customized equity investment solutions. Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance Provide investment recommendations based on the product range available. Identify potential clients through direct sources or through partners and generate sales leads. Convert sales leads to revenue generation. Ensure to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting generation. Drive direct sales efforts, actively engaging with potential customers, and building strong relationships to convert leads into sales. Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to influence decision-making and close deals. Develop strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and customer feedback to senior management. Eligibility Criteria Candidates must have completed a bachelor\'s degree. Candidates should have at least a minimum of 2+ years of success in equity sales. Strong understanding of equity products and markets. Excellent Sales, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build and nurture relationships with HNI,UHNI clients
