: Responsibilities Core Responsibilities: Sales Process Management
Create appropriate builder development plans by identifying potential developers and the decision makers within the client's organization and set up meetings accordingly.
Build relationships with their required team by calling and meeting as appropriate within the respective market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and leverage network.
Collaborate with the sales/CRM team to develop proposals that will anticipate the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
Timely Present/ update new products and schemes and enhance existing relationships.
Lead Management from the client specified team and populating the same in our internal systems
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system.
Partner with the marketing team to ensure that prerequisites are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Collaborating with internal stake holders for allocating the leads and delegating the task to the appropriate team members.
Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators so as to maximize sales
Maintaining the proper MIS on daily basis and consolidating the same on Month end for some analytical inputs
Industry & Governance
Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies
Use understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets to provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.
Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.
