Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Communication & Coordination:
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (designers, project managers, sales, procurement), ensuring clear and consistent communication from project kickoff to completion.
Needs Assessment:
Actively listen to clients to understand their needs, preferences, budgets, and expectations, and translate these into clear briefs for the design team.
Project Oversight Support:
Monitor project timelines and progress, proactively addressing any potential delays or client concerns in collaboration with the project managers to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
Issue Resolution:
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly, mediating between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and positive outcomes.
Business Growth:
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services (e.g., modular furniture, specific finishes) and assist the sales team in converting leads into confirmed projects.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, interactions, and project details within our CRM software, preparing regular reports on client feedback and engagement for management.
Networking:
Represent the company at relevant industry events and networking functions to build relationships with architects, builders, and other potential partners.
